All St. John's volunteers in medium and high risk positions are required to:

read the Screening in Faith slide summary entitled "Sustaining the Trust of our Communities",

direct any questions to our Screening Coordinator Barry Mason (call the Parish Office for contact information:905-885-2171) and

download, print and sign the attached declaration (see column at right), which should be submitted to him upon completion directly or by way of the Parish Office. He would be pleased to provide assistance with this process to any volunteer upon request.
